I’m Jared Luegers, and I’ve always believed in challenging the status quo—both in business and life. Born and raised in Jasper, Indiana, I’ve got strong Hoosier roots, but I’ve always approached life with the hustle and ambition of a New Yorker, constantly looking for the next challenge.

After more than a decade in wealth management, investment management, and private equity, my journey has been about one thing: growth. But not just any kind of growth—transformative, intentional growth. I spent years helping firms grow from the inside, and when I left my role at a $9 billion RIA, I realized something important.

Smaller, boutique firms—especially those just starting to hit their stride—needed help. They didn’t have access to the kind of strategic support larger firms had, and they certainly weren’t in a position to hire full-time executives to guide them. That’s where the idea for LIMESTONE Strategic Partners was born.

At LIMESTONE, we offer fractional strategic growth partnerships that give boutique and emerging RIAs and asset managers the same kind of high-level, hands-on expertise without the overhead. We don’t just offer advice—we roll up our sleeves and help execute, helping these firms unlock and drive their growth. It’s about being a partner, not just a consultant.

But this site isn’t just about the work I do. It’s about the bigger picture—community. I’m a huge believer in the power of bringing people together, and that’s been a big part of my life through leading Young Professionals of Central Indiana (YPCI) and CFA Society Indianapolis.

There’s nothing better than connecting with forward-thinking, driven individuals to make great things happen. When I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me working out—another passion of mine that keeps me grounded.
