Jared Luegers, CFA

I founded LIMESTONE Strategic Partners in May 2024. My partner Ryan Anoskey, CPA, and I work with owner-led businesses of roughly $500,000 to $5 million of EBITDA. When there’s a deal on the table, we run the quality of earnings and the diligence. When an owner wants the business worth more and less dependent on them, we take the CFO and operating partner seats.

I grew up in Jasper. I started my career in public equities, with nearly six years as an equity analyst at Old National Bank and then Goelzer Investment Management, and in 2020 moved to the private side with Postlane Partners, an independent sponsor, to work inside its companies (including Gladieux Energy, through its $190 million sale to Sunoco). After that I spent two years on the executive committee of a $9 billion Indiana wealth management firm.

In December 2025 I founded OWN Indiana, a network for people who own, run or want to buy a small business in this state. We’ve held a room nearly every month since January, from Indianapolis to Fort Wayne. Before that I was president of CFA Society Indianapolis from 2022 to 2024 and the first two-year president of Young Professionals of Central Indiana.
