Jared Luegers, CFA, is the founder and managing partner of LIMESTONE Strategic Partners, which he started in May 2024. The Carmel firm works with owner-led businesses of roughly $500,000 to $5 million of EBITDA, running quality of earnings and diligence on deals and taking CFO and operating partner seats for owners. Before LIMESTONE he spent two years on the executive committee of a $9 billion Indiana wealth management firm. Before that he worked inside the companies of Postlane Partners, an independent sponsor, including Gladieux Energy through its $190 million sale to Sunoco. He began his career as an equity analyst at Old National Bank and Goelzer Investment Management. He founded OWN Indiana in December 2025 and was president of CFA Society Indianapolis from 2022 to 2024. He grew up in Jasper and holds a finance degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

He started LIMESTONE in May 2024. The firm, based in Carmel, works with owner-led businesses of roughly $500,000 to $5 million of EBITDA. When a deal is on the table, LIMESTONE runs the quality of earnings and the diligence. When an owner wants the business worth more and less dependent on them, Jared and his partner, Ryan Anoskey, CPA, take the CFO and operating partner seats.

Jared came to the work from both sides of the market. He spent nearly six years as an equity analyst, first at Old National Bank, where he was a voting member of the equity committee for a $750 million portfolio, and then at Goelzer Investment Management, across five strategies totaling $850 million. In 2020 he joined Postlane Partners, an independent sponsor, and worked inside its companies. At Gladieux Energy in Fort Wayne he was strategic initiatives manager through the company’s $190 million sale to Sunoco, including its first ERP rollout. He then led strategic finance at Crossbridge Energy Partners, which bought a Danish refinery from Shell in 2021. From 2022 to 2024 he was director of strategic initiatives on the executive committee of a $9 billion Indiana wealth management firm, where he built its first detailed budget and five-year financial model.

He founded OWN Indiana in December 2025 with Carlos Garcia and Kevin King. It’s a network of in-person rooms and a free newsletter for people who own, run or want to buy a small business in Indiana. The Indianapolis Business Journal covered it in September 2026.

Jared has spent years building Indiana’s professional communities. He was the first two-year president of Young Professionals of Central Indiana, where paid membership grew from about 100 to about 500. He served on the CFA Society Indianapolis board from 2018, as treasurer for a year and as president for two terms from 2022 to 2024. During those years the society held the Indianapolis Investment Forum at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and brought Cliff Asness and Howard Marks to its Forecast Symposium. In 2021 he co-founded the Hoosier Hub series for Indiana investors.

He grew up in Jasper, graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2014 with a double major in finance and economic consulting, and earned the CFA charter in 2018.
